We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase.

We strive to offer perfect products delivered perfectly every time.  Order processing mistakes and damages during delivery are rare.

If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know immediately by contacting us at service@realiconicwear.com

All returns or exchanges must be reviewed and approved by Real Iconicwear Customer Service by contacting service@realiconicwear.com  within seven (7) days of receiving your order.    

What's the Return Policy?

We offer exchanges if you have a problem with fit, quality, or receive damaged items.  We also provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for 15 days after your item has been delivered.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a money-back guarantee on all of our items for 15 calendar days after delivery.  If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 15 days of receiving your item.  We can help to resolve the problem or authorize a refund. 

Items for refund must be returned in good, clean condition (as they were received).  We do not pay for return shipping, but we provide a 100% refund or your original item purchase price once your return has been received in good condition.

Refunds and exchanges are offered in various other situations.

  1. If you receive the wrong items or damaged items, or poor item quality, exchanges are completed at Real Iconicwear's expense including any shipping and handling fees. 
  2. If you have problems with fit, our service team will work with you to review options.  If we cannot confidently exchange the product for a better fitting garment, a return and can be authorized for refund.  In these cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.  Refunds are issued after returns are received in good condition and include any shipping fees paid at time of original purchase. 
  3. If you are unsatisfied with our products, we will issue a return authorization and refund your purchase.  Note that we do not pay for return shipping.

If any of the conditions above apply, please contact service@realiconicwear.com with photos of wrong/damaged, poor fitting items.
