A - Measurement around the waist completely.
B - Inseam from crotch to bottom of pant leg.
- Legging inseam length shown in size chart is the length of the leg from crotch to bottom when the pants are laid flat.
C - Rise from the crotch to top of waist.
- Sports Compression Leggings have a high-waist and tend to land just above the belly button.
- The rise is measured at the front.
D - Measurement around the widest part of the hips.
Sports Compression Leggings are tighter on the body than other styles.
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger option.
